1 · Paste your hours, add your roster
Anything above the flight rows — totals, headings, your name — is ignored, so paste the lot.

Future roster · upcoming flights
Upload a roster and every flight and sim session on it that isn't already in your logbook goes in —
ones still to come as Upcoming, ones already flown as To confirm. Both are shown in grey and
counted nowhere (totals, recency, print) until confirmed. Import your Flight Log Export afterwards
as usual and each one is replaced by the real flight, or open one once it has departed and save
it to confirm it. A newer roster replaces upcoming flights that have changed; flights already in
your logbook are never touched.

Tour of Duty screenshots
For flights that aren't on your roster — a call-out, a change on the day. Screenshot the day in
My TODs (local times) or a Flight Briefing (UTC, with the registration) and upload it: you'll see
the flights it reads before anything is added. They go in like a roster's — Upcoming, or To confirm
once departed — and a flight already upcoming takes the screenshot's times. Flights already in
your logbook are never touched.

Or print logbook pages, A4 portrait, with running totals carried forward from every earlier
page. Print each page once it's full and file it in your binder. Each page's Flight details
go on the back of a sheet and its Hours & totals on the front of the next, so they face each
other when the binder is open; a print from page 1 starts with a title page. The back of the last
sheet is left unprinted — the next print's first Flight details go there, so there are no blank
pages. The totals for those pages by function, to copy into your paper logbook (rule 61.29(d)),
print on their own: choose Summary under Sides. To print double-sided by hand (Epson ET-1810):
print Side 1; take the stack from the output tray without reordering it, turn it over and put
it back in the rear slot printed side facing away from you, top of the printing going in first.
If this print doesn't start at page 1, take the last sheet out of your binder and put it on top
of the stack, its unprinted back facing away from you too. Then print Side 2. Try one page first
to check.
The margins are 5mm, so print at actual size (100%), not fit to page.
In a browser it opens as a PDF in a new tab; from the home-screen app it opens the share
sheet, with Print and Save to Files. Its own column selection below (separate from the
Logbook table's) is remembered the same way.
Or download a blank endorsement page as a ready-made PDF — your name, CAA licence number
and airline at the top, blank space below to stick your own endorsement label onto.
Downloads straight to your device rather than printing it — iOS's own Print feature stamps
a URL/date/page footer onto anything printed through it that can't be turned off, so this
skips printing entirely. Set licence number/airline in Settings first if they're blank.
